Governance Whitepaper
Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the way content is created, localized and distributed. However, in professional environments that handle high-value intellectual property, adopting these technologies cannot rest solely on operational efficiency criteria. It must be subordinated to governance, security, contractual compliance and rights-protection requirements.
In the ecosystem of studios and streaming platforms, artificial intelligence does not replace supply-chain governance. On the contrary, its use is subject to specific controls that determine when, how and under what conditions it may be employed.

AI can deliver efficiency and scalability in a modern supply chain. But its use is only admissible when it operates within a framework of control, transparency and compliance that preserves the rights — and the trust — of the content owner.
AI Governance
AI is used only when authorized. Every use requires prior written client approval.
Client materials may not be used to train, improve or feed external AI models.
Pre-trained public-data models are used, with no learning from internal workflows.
Every AI implementation is individually assessed and aligned with studio policy.
Every prompt and generated output is the exclusive and full property of the studio.
Input and output data are deleted immediately after the active user session ends.
Each element is classified by its nature, with applicable use and storage restrictions.
Any violation of these protocols allows immediate contract termination without notice.
AI is not a free-use tool but a restricted resource under strict studio control. This governance framework prioritizes intellectual property protection and content security.
